The buy now feature allows you to reserve the right to purchase the property. By making the buy now deposit, you declare that you intend to purchase the property at the listed price, unless a prior agreement has been made. You have the option to pay in full or finance the property at the listed price. After payment is made, a representative from Land Loon will contact you via the email associated with your payment or the email entered at the time of payment. They will clarify if you intend to finance or pay in full, as well as collect your personal information required for closing. From the moment you are contacted, you have 72 hours to make the required down payment and sign the contract for deed or purchase agreement, depending on your situation. If you fail to do so, you will forfeit the buy now payment, and you will no longer have the property on hold. For properties NOT being purchased on a contract for deed (financing listed on site), $500 of earnest money will be due at signing of the purchase agreement unless otherwise noted.
